The largest living donor kidney transplant program in the state is at Texas Transplant Institute^** where our physicians have performed more than 1,600 live donor kidney transplants to date. And we've performed more than 150 kidney paired donor transplants since 2008. We were the largest program of its kind in the United States for two years running--2009 and 2010--and remain one of the largest in the country.
